Cash Payment Terms


Deposit shall be 40% of the Purchase Price.
(a) Reservation Fee (10% of the Purchase Price/Minimum
Kes. 100,000) which forms part of the Deposit, upon
signing the Reservation Form;
(b) Balance of the Deposit (30% of the Purchase Price)
upon executing the Letter of Offer;
(c) Balance of the Purchase Price (60% of the Purchase
Price) upon execution of the Agreement for Sale.

Installment Plan Terms:

1. 3 Months instalment plan paid monthly on or before
the last day of the month for the next three months
after paying the balance of deposit.
2. 6 Months instalment plan paid monthly on or before
the last day of the month for the next six months after
paying the balance of deposit.
(d) Failure to pay the instalment on the due date shall attract 5%
interest per month on the remaining balance.
